Hi, I'm Daniel Hughes.

I am a passionate IT Technician with over 2 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support in both hardware and software in a corporate environment.

I've been apart of many successful projects such as the Mobile Network Migration Project which resulted in Millions being saved.

as well as the Windows 10 21H2 to 22H2 Project which was a council wide update to the latest version of Windows 10 which highlighted the importance of data security and keeping software up-to-date to minimise the risk of potential data breaches due to vulnerabilities being exploited by external threats and bad actors.
